Base stations needed to separate so I could get a complete picture video in each of the two channels on my existing DVR / multiplexer. It is a failure, (read online reviews of the product) in the design of the camera. Something reflects and causes distortion. I called and sent to the company. They insisted that I ride for 80 miles and return to the store where I bought it. They also said it was a mistake for the user with the way I was creating something. E-mail messages to prove it. I've saved for instances of this type. But Swann has lost a customer with the way they handled this. It uses the camera for daytime use.
